This story just keeps gets better. Allison and Jacob have been accepted into the pack, which happens to be Matt's family, as the Omega female and the Alpha male. With their influence, other members begin to shift with a full moon. This all happens in the wilds of Alaska with Jacob's friends now working for the family and even Allison's Aunt and Jacob's Uncle James came to visit.
This audio-book was so well done, The Narrator, Joshua Story's voice is perfect, as the alpha Jacob and his voices for Sam and Allison and Matt became even better in this book. The writing is superb, Payne captures the characters emotions extremely well, from the frustrations of not knowing what was happening inside each character to the emotional pulls and non verbal communications between the main characters. The union between Allison and Jacob was worth the wait.
I loved listening to this story and can't wait to dive into the next instalment.

Great book..........love the Author!!!! If you like this book you have to read my absolute favorite of hers; Adventures in Payne. You won't regret it.
Waiting on the next one. Loved the ending just have no idea where this is going to go next. Definitely would recommend .
I bought this book to see if it was better than the first one. In one word, no, it was not. It was as if the original was in another language and the story was lost in translation. It still had spelling, grammar and punctuation errors galore. Like using a question mark instead of a period. I had no trouble translating Jacob's Scottish words. The story was just very uneven. I had to force myself to read the entire book and that very rarely happens, but I was just that bored. I'm not sure I'm going to buy the third book since at this point, I don't really care what happens to any of them.
Payne is an awesome writer and I loved her book Omega Rising. I have to go get her first one and I hope she keeps this series going. Payne Hawthorne writes amazing characters you will fall in love with.
This is part 2 of Allison and Jacob's story. No spoilers!!!
Jacob and Allison are together and start finding their way. There is a lot of detail and characters thoughts once they get together with Matt's family.
Things come together for all the people involved and right where it gets good..... Wait for book 3!!! I don't want to give anything away!! Great book!!
I just love werewolf books and this one kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time. I cant belive how good it was. I got the first book and went bought the second one.. I want to know what happens next!!! I cant wait for the next book I hope it comes quickly...
I love the alpha and His woman they make a good pair.. I hope we find our more about Goldie in the next book what a surprise there!!! Shocker if I must say so myself!!!
I would say if you like werewolfs books, then this is the books you should read!!
